This natural coffee is processed using the traditional Ethiopian method - floating and picking out under ripe cherry as well as visual checks for under ripe cherry, it is then washed in clean water and transferred to raised beds for drying for a couple of weeks before being sold.
Ethiopia is widely accepted as the birthplace of coffee, and remains a speciality coffee favourite thanks to its wide variety of flavours.
